Stress


                Stress is the main factor causing suicide. Suicide can happen in many ways, such as jump out from the higher building, driving the car recklessly and hang himself or herself. When people in stress, they cannot think wisely and rationally. There are many causes of stress, such as burden from work, family, and study.
                The burden from work can make someone feel stress because a lot of work can make someone felt tired and hard to focus on work. This will make the worker hard to finish the work on time. When the work is not done on time, they will get a warning from employers. This will increase their stress. This also can make the workers want to quit from the job. Normally, suicide because of work is less. When they quit from the job, they will feel happy and free from the burden of work.
                Next, the stress cause from family. Usually people can get stress because of the family problem. Mother and father will feel worried about their children if they did not see what their children doing. Children also can get stress if their parent did not care about them. This will make the child thinking that their parent did not love them anymore. Once they think no one love them even their friend, they will think to kill themselves. As a parent, they should not disobey about their children for to find the wealthy.
                The last cause of stress is the study or education. For example, when the student fail their examination, they will feel scare to show the result in front of their parent. Besides that, they will feel lonely because the students around have the good result. Usually, the failure students will think that they will fail even they have study very hard. As a student, we should not think that once we fail, we will fail forever. It is wrong. Many success people start with failure because they think that they can change the failure to the victory.
For the conclusion, the factor of stress that cause many suicide can be reduce by giving them a light of hope and bring them to counsellor for counselling session. This will changed their perspective about suicide because  of stress.
