Article review 2: How to study effectively

Everybody in the world needs to study. But they know whether the ways of their study is the best or just a study but did not learn anything. To study, there are many ways form the easiest to the hardest. But people are more likely to take the hardest one. But only a few of them take the easiest way of study.
I chose this article because I want to share how to study with the effective way. Like me, I always study but did not get what I have studied. This article is about the way of effective study. There are eight ways for effective study and also called as eight concentration strategies. The first is eat frequent small meals to prevent the body feel sleepy and make sure do not starve yourself. The second is study when you are sharpest. This way asked we to do study the difficult subject when you are mentally at the best and study the less difficult when the mentally is less efficient. The third is  drink water  often to prevent you feel sluggish and use caffeine to help you to stay awake. The fourth is do not get too comfortable with your chair. Choose only the chair with a support at the back to support your back. Next is clear the desk from everything that do not need to prevent distraction and increasing the anxiety. The sixth way is to have a break every hour of study. This is to prevent from feeling tire and lose concentration and to sustain the concentration level. The seventh way is stretch during the breaks to release tension in the body and help circulation. Finally, the eight way is to study at the same time and same place.
I feel quite agree with this article because it help the to build the concentration level and trying to do not let the student feel stress when study.
For the conclusion, we should study as best as we can. Do not pull ourselves to the limit because it can cause trouble. Study with smart, do not study with hard.
